“How terrible-to know the truth-when the truth is only pain to him who knows”
In the common crises of our lives, we should hear the truth from others too. Is this a tell-tale limp or a blind
to misery which earmarks the stench of South African politics? Now the fiery miseries of corruption fever
hurls down on the door of (Phala-Phala Farm). Oedipus the president………..what do you know of this
telling? Are you the same man today as you were yesterday? Where is your former Glory? What was your
action years ago?
How did you fail to see what longings has brought us here? Should we not as a society led by you Oedipus the president labor many parts of our thoughts about this? Today is the day when we should count the days gone by its reality. There is nothing to fear in what you have said so far, but is there a truth to it though when the trail of corruption guilt is so hard to trace in those who have utmost power and prowess.
Here in Azania, whatever is sought about corruption can’t be caught, and whatever is neglected about corruption is always slips away you know. But one thing could hold the key to it all, and how should society not concentrate on what lays at our leader’s feet? Whoever robs the Oedipus farm may decide to rob the society of Oedipus too, with the same hand of trickery.
As I speak now as a stranger to the story, a stranger to prostitution of politics, a stranger to the crime, if I was present then they’d be no mystery, there was not going to be a long political hunt without a clue in hand. I make this proclamation now that, if anyone knows that the robbers were strangers to the Oedipus farm, where he hold throne and power. Let those robbers’ drags their life into agony, but if not strangers then, let no crops grow out of the earth in Oedipus farm.
Though knowing that the messengers have told us that (Oedipus the president) has sent his answer back, but the relief from Oedipus farm can only come one way, uncover the robbers of the farm so that you will never have the same thing said of you. What will come will come, even if one try to shroud it in all cleverness, politeness, silence. The truth with all its power lives inside you (Oedipus), that obscenity, either twice by political scam or by business dealings, indeed if the truth has any power, one will pay one day.
True, it is not my fate for you to fall in society’s hands, wealth and political empire in the heady rivalries of life, when the flight of political intelligence hit the mark of the dead below the earth and living here above. Nor convict you on sheer unverified surmise, not just to show how ugly a grudge can, nor branded with guilt on the strength of hearsay only. Nothing human can penetrate the future.
